The Anchor, Faversham

Welcome to the Anchor

A beautiful 300-year-old pub close to the historic Faversham Creek

The Anchor is a beautiful 300-year-old pub, just a few minutes walk from Faversham town centre at the terminus of Abbey Street, one of the finest preserved medieval streets in England, and very close to the historic Faversham creek. Some of the beams in the pub are reported to be from the old Abbey in Faversham.

About Us

Paige and Mark have recently taken over The Anchor!
With more than 10 Years of experience between them, managing City and Country Pubs all over The Garden of England, the couple decided it was time to take on a Pub of their own. With experienced Head Chef Jordan Mallory, a chef that gained his first AA Rosette Award at the age of 21, the team hope to show Faversham the best of Shepherd Neame's beer alongside the best of British cuisine in this historical 300 year old building.
